Resume files uploaded without being connected to a registered user account are automatically deleted seven days after upload.

If a resume is connected to a logged-in user's account, it is not subject to the seven-day automatic deletion rule. Account-connected resumes may be retained so that users can continue accessing, editing, and using their saved resumes through JobResumeAI.

Job descriptions and other submitted content may be retained when necessary to provide the requested service, maintain saved account features or results, protect the security of the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
